Roles and responsibilities
- Assist the server team in providing timely and efficient service, including delivering food and beverages, clearing tables, and resetting table settings.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, well-organized, and presentable by promptly bussing tables, polishing glassware and cutlery, and restocking supplies.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests promptly, and provide friendly, courteous service to enhance the overall guest experience.
What You Will Bring
- One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred.
- Full proficiency in English language, knowledge of Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French languages will be an advantage.

- Refilling Beverages: Frequently check on guests to refill drinks such as water, sodas, and cocktails to ensure they’re satisfied and hydrated.
- Managing Guest Needs: Deliver additional items such as sunscreen, extra towels, or pillows, depending on the amenities offered by the property.
