Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the IT integration and transformation as part of a shared services project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT strategy infrastructure and systems integration with expertise in supporting shared services models.
*Key Areas of Work:*
* Lead the IT integration process within the shared services transformation project.
* Develop and implement IT frameworks and strategies that align with the shared services model and organisational objectives.
* Oversee the design and integration of IT systems to support shared services operations across Finance HR Procurement and Facilities Management.
* Ensure IT policies and practices comply with industry standards data security protocols and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with crossfunctional leads to identify technology needs and implement scalable IT solutions.
* Provide technical leadership to optimise system performance and ensure seamless transition to shared services.
*Industry Expertise:* IT systems and infrastructure within shared services centres.
*Duration:* 9 months
*Location:* UAE
Requirements
Experience Level:* 12 18 years with extensive experience in IT leadership system integration and shared services transformation preferably within consulting or multinational environments.
