Job Description
Duration: 2 months (starting from 5th December)
Work Schedule:
- Monday Friday: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: Off
Location: Office premises (Renovation site)
- Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Supervision:
- Oversee all renovation activities ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments during construction hours.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to local construction and real estate safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly HSE reports to the management.
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Develop and implement safety protocols for emergencies including evacuation procedures.
- Address and resolve onsite safety issues promptly.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with contractors site workers and project managers to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide guidance and training to workers on safe practices.
- Incident Management:
- Investigate incidents or near misses and recommend preventive measures.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in HSE roles within construction real estate or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices in renovation projects.
- Knowledgeable and assertive personality with excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic fastpaced work environment.
