- Ensure smooth administration of Sales Department to the standard required by the Hotel and follow up of assigned and WalkIn site inspections and inhouse group arrangements
- Coordinate all internal and external correspondence incoming email and another administrative duties for the Sales team.
- Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements contract and quotes for the hotel as per Novotel & Ibis procedures and policies
- Provide a courteous professional efficient and flexible service at all times following Novotel and Ibis Gate standards of performance by email phone or in person
- Flexible and adapt to rotate within different sub departments of the Sales Department or any other Department of the hotel as assigned
- Developing & maintaining sales proposals & collateral desktop publishing rate cards newsletters brochures and other materials related to marketing
- Developing standardize presentations sales script and proposals
Qualifications :
Diploma or degree in hospitality or sales
Preferably has 1 or 2 years experience in a customer service or telephone contact position
Computer literate: desktop applications internet & power point
Fluent in the national language good working knowledge of English
