Principal Accountabilities
Monitoring all activities relating sales technique, marketing methods, enlargement of distribution area with increase in number of customer and dealing the matters concerned with customer.
Resolves complaints and concerns within existing customer in person and via telephone calls and Emails.
Recording sales and orders information and sending copies to the sales office
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related document.
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
