Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Painter to join clients team in Dubai. You will play a key role in delivering highquality paint jobs on a variety of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding masking and applying primer.
- Ensure surfaces are clean and free from rust dirt and other contaminants.
Painting:
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish.
- Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment ensuring even coverage and a smooth finish.
- Apply clear coats and other finishing materials as needed.
Quality Control:
- Inspect painted surfaces for flaws imperfections and ensure highquality standards are met.
- Perform touchups and corrections as necessary to achieve a flawless finish.
Maintenance:
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and spray booths.
- Properly dispose of hazardous materials and follow all safety regulations.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other technicians service advisors and management to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on the latest painting techniques and materials.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in automotive painting or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auto painter.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment. Strong understanding of color matching and paint mixing.
- Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail excellent handeye coordination good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
