Reporting: Prepare and deliver recruitment metrics and reports to management.
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 24 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar HR role.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills strong organizational skills familiarity with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques.
