Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in category management, purchasing, or buying within the home decor or furniture industry. Strong knowledge of the home decor industry, including trends, materials, and suppliers. Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools. Strong project management abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
