Human Resources Specialist Opportunities
Location: Dubai UAE
Salary: 3000 AED

Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR procedures and policies within the organization
- Identify the companys hiring needs and oversee the full recruitment process including advertising job openings screening resumes conducting interviews and performing background checks
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and paid time off
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and data in the HRIS system
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new hires
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HRrelated policies procedures and issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Assist in the development and management of HR programs and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in a human resources role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
