Human Resources Specialist

• Lead the development of Oracle HCM tools for reporting, dashboards, and analytics, supporting HR decision-making in a large organization.
• Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across a broad workforce.
• Oversee recruitment processes, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 6-10 years of operational HR experience, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM (Mandatory).
• Expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle HCM.
• Proven experience in payroll management and recruitment, particularly in large, multi-divisional organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams.
