About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking problemsolving and maintaining efficient office operations. This role requires a professional who can collaborate effectively with various departments manage schedules and provide highquality support to the Sales Manager and other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative tasks including responding to emails and managing office supplies.
- Address and resolve issues while managing multiple tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with external entities and service providers.
- Manage Free of Charge (FOC) items.
- Update and maintain information in the CRM system.
- Demonstrate excellent followup skills to ensure timely task completion.
- Organize and streamline office operations from start to finish.
- Liaise with accountants marketing teams and other service providers as needed.
- Take accurate and comprehensive meeting notes.
- Handle requests and queries with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage diaries schedules meetings and appointments.
- Source and procure office supplies and gifts as necessary.
- Coordinate orders shipments and deliveries.
- Handle travel arrangements including booking flights hotels and transportation.
Requirements
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and followup skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other administrative tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
