We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic real estate agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support daily operations ensuring seamless administrative processes and excellent organizational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office files records and documentation in an organized manner.
- Handle phone calls emails and other correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in preparing contracts agreements and real estate documentation.
- Coordinate with clients agents and other stakeholders for scheduling appointments and followups.
- Maintain databases and ensure all client information is uptodate.
- Provide general administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
- Assist in maintaining property listings and updating CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Preferred Filipino nationals
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in a real estate agency.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of real estate practices and processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
