Create graphics and visuals for corporate promotional materials, social media platforms, websites, flyers, and other digital channels.
Produce innovative and tactical graphic design solutions with a creative edge to elevate our brand and customer satisfaction
Design and edit videos, animations, infographics, and other multimedia content.
Manage and update our social media accounts with relevant and timely content, campaigns, and project completions
Coordinate and manage contracts with third parties to ensure timely completion
Responsible with Marketing for raising and creating company and service profiles, reports, research posts, etc.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance.
Research and identify the latest trends and best practices in graphics and social media.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of our brand identity and message across all platforms.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our strategy, graphic content, and social media.
Website Promotion and Representation

Candidate Profile Required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Communications, or related field is preferred
A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic and social media management within a corporate or real estate industry environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and other graphic and video editing software. AutoCAD is a plus
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Sitecore, CMS, Google Analytics, WordPress, Microsoft tools, etc. is a plus
Excellent knowledge of web development is a plus
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Composition: The arrangement of visual elements within a design to create balance, harmony, and focus. A good designer understands hierarchy and proportion.
- Grid Systems: Using grids to structure designs, ensuring consistency and alignment, and improving overall layout readability.
2. Software Proficiency
- Adobe Creative Suite: Expertise in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD is a must for most graphic design roles.
- Sketch: A vector-based design tool, primarily used for web and mobile UI/UX design.
- CorelDRAW: Another vector-based design program used for logo design and vector artwork.
- Figma: Popular for UI/UX design, allowing for collaborative design work on websites and apps.
- Canva: While more basic than Adobe tools, Canva is widely used for social media posts and basic graphics by non-designers.

- Concept Development: The ability to conceptualize creative solutions based on client or project requirements. This involves brainstorming ideas and iterating on designs.
- Brand Identity: Designing logos, colors, and visual systems that reflect the personality and values of a brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- User-Centered Design: Focusing on creating designs that are functional and user-friendly, especially in digital design, such as website and app interfaces.
4. Attention to Detail
- Accuracy: Ensuring that every design element, from typography to spacing, is accurate and intentional.
- File Management: Organizing design files, assets, and versions for efficient workflow. Knowledge of file formats, resolution, and print vs. digital considerations is essential.
- Proofreading and Quality Control: Reviewing designs to ensure there are no errors in text, color, or layout before delivery.
