As a Real Estate Agent you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions guiding clients through the buying or selling process and providing expert advice on market trends and pricing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential properties for buying selling or renting.
Assist clients in buying selling or renting residential or commercial properties.
Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process including negotiating contracts arranging inspections and handling paperwork.
Advise clients on market conditions prices mortgages legal requirements and related matters.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients real estate professionals lenders and other stakeholders.
Utilise marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.

Requirements:
3 years of proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
Valid real estate licence in the relevant jurisdiction.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and marketing abilities.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with real estate software and tools.
Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field (preferred).
