- Actively list residential/commercial properties through networking, prospecting, and managed units.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients through daily prospecting.
- Manage the sale/rental of properties, ensuring compliance with all documentation and procedures.
- Stay informed about real estate trends, especially in your area of expertise.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and transactions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years prior Real Estate experience in the UAE is required.
- Must be proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Passionate about real estate and sales.
- Friendly, trustworthy, and with a professional appearance.
- Must have Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication in English + additional language preferable.
- Valid UAE Driver’s License with own car required.
Desired candidate profile
1. Assisting Buyers:
- Property Search: Helping clients find properties that match their preferences, needs, and budget by searching listings and arranging property viewings.
- Advising on Market Trends: Providing advice on current market conditions, pricing, and investment potential.
- Negotiating Offers: Representing buyers in negotiations with sellers to secure the best deal possible.
- Arranging Financing: Assisting buyers in finding mortgage lenders and guiding them through the financing process.
- Coordinating Inspections and Appraisals: Organizing property inspections and appraisals, ensuring all necessary steps are completed for a successful purchase.
2. Assisting Sellers:
- Property Valuation: Conducting market analysis to help sellers set a competitive and realistic price for their property.
- Marketing Properties: Creating property listings, staging homes, and using various advertising channels (online listings, print media, social media) to promote the property.
- Hosting Open Houses: Organizing open houses to attract potential buyers and facilitate property viewings.
- Negotiating Offers: Representing the seller’s interests in negotiations with potential buyers to secure the best possible price and terms.
- Coordinating the Sale Process: Managing the paperwork and ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met during the sale process.
3. Rental and Leasing Services:
- Property Leasing: Helping property owners find tenants for rental properties by listing available units and conducting showings.
- Tenant Screening: Screening potential tenants by checking references, conducting background checks, and verifying their financial stability.
- Lease Negotiation: Negotiating lease terms on behalf of landlords or tenants, including rent price, duration, and terms of the lease agreement.
4. Legal and Administrative Duties:
- Preparing Documents: Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and disclosures for buyers, sellers, or tenants, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Managing Escrow Process: Working with escrow companies to ensure that the financial transaction process is completed smoothly, including handling deposits and facilitating the closing.
- Ensuring Compliance: Staying informed about local, state, and federal real estate laws and ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements.
5. Client Relationship Management:
- Building Trust: Establishing strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service and expert advice to guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process.
- Follow-up: Maintaining communication with clients throughout the process, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth transaction.
6. Marketing and Networking:
- Advertising Listings: Using online platforms (MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com) and social media to market properties effectively.
- Networking: Attending industry events, collaborating with other real estate agents, and building a network of contacts (lenders, inspectors, contractors) to help clients.
- Brand Building: Promoting personal or agency branding to attract new clients and maintain a strong presence in the real estate market.
