Job Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate SalesAgents preferably ladies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the real estate sector in UAE with a proven track record of successful leasing transactions and client satisfaction.
- Conduct property viewings negotiate lease terms and coordinate lease signings.
- Assist clients in finding rental properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
- Stay updated on market trends and rental regulations.
- Handle inquiries complaints and maintenance requests from tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing transactions and client interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate industry experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local market trends and rental regulations.
- Proficiency in real estate databases and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
