International Community Schools Abu Dhabi is searching for a passionate dedicated and dynamic Year 3 Class Teacher to join our primary team. The successful candidate will foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere and deliver highquality instruction aligned with the British curriculum. The teacher will guide and support students in Year 3 helping them achieve academic success and develop a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the British curriculum standards ensuring the intellectual social and emotional growth of students.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and explore.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing regular feedback to students and parents and implementing individualized strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Foster a collaborative and respectful classroom culture that promotes inclusivity and positive behavior.
- Actively participate in professional development staff meetings and collaborative planning sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians providing updates on student progress challenges and achievements.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into lessons to enhance learning outcomes.
- Support extracurricular activities and contribute to school events as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Education or a relevant field (required).
- Teaching certification/qualification preferably with a focus on primary education.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting ideally within the British curriculum.
- Proven ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; native or nearnative English speaker preferred.
