Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and an attested degree from the Abu Dhabi Municipality. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience managing construction or infrastructure projects and ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning scheduling and execution of civil engineering projects ensuring adherence to project timelines quality standards and budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients contractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project flow.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet municipal and safety standards and maintain highquality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets controlling costs while maintaining the quality of work.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports maintain accurate project documentation and update stakeholders on project status.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and additional costs.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Attested by the Abu Dhabi Municipality)
- Experience: 23 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software MS Office Suite and CAD software.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes safety regulations and Abu Dhabi Municipality standards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
