Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

clien

  • Taking Job Briefs from Managers & Directors for active positions, asking accurate questions to be able to target the right candidates to the right opportunities.
  • Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Director/Manager
  • Actively working for the Manager/ Director on sourcing, shortlisting, screening and briefing candidates
  • Putting together high-level information packs for candidates to better understand the client, role and job market in the region
  • Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role being on across various clients which serves as a personal database
  • Updating the records of active candidates on our recruitment database
  • Managing interview processes between clients and candidates: preparing the candidates for their interviews, scheduling interviews and liaising with the logistics team to coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for clients/candidates if required.

  • Applicant needs to have a valid residency/student visa (sponsorship by Parent, Spouse or University)
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust sourcing strategies based on changing hiring needs and market conditions.

  • Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to streamline processes.

  • Understanding of Employment Trends: Knowledge of industry-specific hiring trends and market conditions to inform sourcing strategies.

  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities for engaging with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.

  • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze data related to candidate sourcing and hiring metrics to inform recruitment strategies.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to connect with candidates and create a positive candidate experience.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust sourcing strategies based on changing hiring needs and market conditions.

  • Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to streamline processes.
