Job Description

Job Title: Wealth Management Administrative Assistant

Location: Abu Dhabi

Our client is a leading investment management firm that prides itself on developing lasting partnerships with their clients. Their services range from private wealth management to corporate advisory helping clients achieve their financial goals with confidence.

They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Wealth Management Administrative Assistant to support their executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detailoriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and contribute to the overall success of the Wealth Management senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.

Manage and organize schedules appointments and meetings.

Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives.

Prepare reports presentations and documentation as required.

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

Assist in project management and followup on action items.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

5 years of proven experience as a Wealth Management Administrative Assistant in Financial Services.

Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
