Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant work experience and a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. The IT Support role will involve providing technical assistance and support to our internal teams troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. If you are a proactive problemsolver with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problemsolving skills
- Relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional) would be a plus
- Proven work experience as a Data Processing Executive or similar role - Proficiency in data processing tools and software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail - Good communication and collaboration abilities - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field If you meet the above requirements and are looking to join a dynamic team in the technology industry, we encourage you to apply.
