Job Description
GCS Technology is a leading provider of technology solutions committed to delivering exceptional IT services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Engineer to join our team and support our growing client base.
The IT Technical Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting and implementation of IT solutions for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of networking systems administration and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an IT Technical Engineer or similar role (2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Linux) and network protocols.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
