- Providing L2 support services software for an organization’s employees
- Technical Support for ERP-Dynamics 365 FO, CRM, POS systems
- Expertise in report development in ERP D365 system, BI report development, Power Platform, data export and import
- Proficient in Mobile app and web applications
- Technical experience in .NET, ADO.Net, X++, D365 workflow, Visual Studio, SQL Server, Java Script
- Knowledge in managing Azure / AWS server
- Required to co-ordinate with vendor, support, implement and train internal users
- Providing first-level support to the users and managing ERP applications up and running
- Maintaining existing software, hardware and upgrading
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Bachelor of Technology), BSC or equal degree
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience as Application Developer and Technical Support in UAE or outside UAE
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, exchange, and database maintenance and system security
