Missions
You will:
- Influence Commercial Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and drive commercial growth. Partner with the business to understand trends and optimize performance.
- Steward Financial Reporting: Manage monthend closing activities including P&L balance sheet and cash flow statements. Prepare accurate and timely reports for management and Zone leadership.
- Shape Budgetary Strategy: Lead budget preparation and revisions collaborating with stakeholders to forecast and allocate resources effectively.
- Dive into DataDriven Analysis: Conduct adhoc analyses on sales and operating expenses providing insightful recommendations for special events and cost optimization. Negotiate costeffective solutions with vendors.
- Champion Internal Control: Ensure adherence to internal control procedures and conduct operational reviews in stores maintaining the financial integrity of the business. Identify opportunities to enhance procedures within the Zone while aligning with LVM core procedures.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Actively participate in monthend meetings with the Zone team sharing financial insights and contributing to strategic decisions. Partner with Ecommerce teams on special projects.

Profil
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Professional Abilities and Qualities: Strong analytical abilities business acumen drive for results intellectual curiosity pragmatism and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience: 5 years of experience as a Business Controller. Retail experience and SAP knowledge are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced quantitative analytical and computer skills.
- Education: Masters degree from a top engineering or management school.
- Languages: Fluent English speaker.
