Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored and personalized service to highprofile guests ensuring their every need is anticipated and fulfilled
• Oversee and manage daily guest operations to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience
• Handle special requests private dining arrangements and bespoke events
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest areas
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in English and an additional European language
• Exercise absolute discretion and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality ideally working with ultrahighnetworth individuals
• Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in at least one additional European language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills focusing on anticipating guest needs
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
