Female Personal Housekeeper

We are looking to hire a female personal housekeeper (supervisor level) for our clients private company in Abu Dhabi.

As a Female Personal Housekeeper at the Supervisor level you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless operation of the residence. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping a strong leadership presence and a deep understanding of the unique needs of a highend household.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines.
• Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms and living spaces as needed.
• Manage and maintain household inventory including cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other household staff such as chefs and security personnel.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of the residence.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance as necessary.
• Handle delicate and valuable items with care.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold the highest standards.
• Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor at all times.
• Adapt to changing household needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a highend private household or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in household cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
• Must be a female candidate for the comfort and privacy of the household.
