Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a complete teaching plan
- Teach foundational skills such as the alphabet and numeracy as well as personal social and emotional development
- Organize and utilize learning materials and resources effectively
- Employ a variety of teaching methods including songs stories media structured games art and outdoor activities to inspire and engage children
- Maintain open communication with parents providing necessary updates and information
- Assess student performance and progress regularly to ensure skill mastery
- Observe and guide childrens interactions to foster cooperation and sharing
- Collaborate with administrative staff
- Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Kindergarten Teacher Kindergarten Assistant or Teacher Aide
- ADEK Approval Appointment letter (preferred)
- Indepth understanding of child development and current educational theories and practices
- Creative and artistic teaching skills
- Strong organizational and teaching abilities
- Patience and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in education
- Bachelor s degree in Education or a relevant license/certificate
- Filipinos preferred
