• Wine Education: Share your passion for wine through engaging discussions and tastings elevating guests understanding and appreciation of our offerings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to create and implement seasonal wine menus that beautifully complement our dining selections.
• Inventory Control: Manage wine inventory including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and new vintages to continually enhance your expertise and enrich our wine offerings.

Qualifications :

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment luxury hotel highend restaurant or exclusive beach club showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: Youre proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification such as a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred aligning with our commitment to excellence.
