Job Title: Emirati Junior Accountant

Salary: AED 10000

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Emirati Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. This entrylevel role is ideal for recent graduates in Accounting or Finance offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic work environment. No prior experience is required as we provide onthejob training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices to customers and ensure accurate billing.
• Assist in the review and verification of expenses ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports including statements of account and budget reports.
• Support Senior Accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.
• Participate in external and internal audits ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Assist with various accounting projects as assigned by the senior team.
• Help manage inventory records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Release cheques and ensure proper documentation of payments.
• Maintain an organized filing system for accounting documents.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (required).
• Emirati national.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel is an advantage.
