Job Description
As a Retail Store Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations ensuring that the store meets sales targets provides excellent customer service and operates efficiently. You will lead and motivate a team of sales associates and supervisors manage inventory and maintain the stores appearance and standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills be salesdriven and be highly organized.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree in Business Retail Management or related field is a plus).
- Experience: At least 35 years of experience in retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient with pointofsale (POS) systems inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
