Retail Store requires a blend of customer service, organizational, and technical skills to ensure smooth operations and create a positive shopping experience. Below are the essential skills for a retail store employee:

1. Customer Service Skills

  • Positive Interaction: Greeting customers warmly and assisting with their needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Handling complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
