Operation Support Officer Opportunity
Location: Dubai UAE
Salary: 2.5K AED

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daytoday operations
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements for the operations team
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files records and databases related to operations
- Prepare and process various operational documents such as reports invoices and contracts
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data to support operational decisionmaking
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing streamlined procedures
- Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Perform other adhoc duties and projects as assigned by the operations management
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field
- 12 years of experience in an operations support or administrative role preferably in the HR services or recruitment industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment processes is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluency in English is required proficiency in other languages is an advantage
