Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all financial statements, maintain monthly decks and other reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the company's annual budget and forecast and perform regular variance analysis.
  • Conduct margin analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and profitability improvement at various dimensions including strong emphasis on profitability analysis at various customer, hub, channel, and sales rep levels etc.
  • Maintain the SOP and process walk through for RCM uncontrol
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process and timely completion of external audits.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial compliance, including adherence to local regulations and accounting standards.
  • Prepare and present management reports, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
  • Coordinate with team members across locations in day-to-day operations and provide required central team support.
  • Ensure compliances to various companies Act, local body regulations and applicable tax laws.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Hands on experience in driving automation projects, system design, ERP implementation and driving dashboard objectives

Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, MBA Finance or equivalent).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar finance management role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, FP&A, and margin analysis.
  • Experience with audit processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems.
  • Prefer someone with experience in logistics or supply chain management

Investment Analysis: Evaluating potential investment opportunities and conducting due diligence.
Portfolio Management: Assisting in managing investment portfolios and tracking performance.
Cash Flow Management
Cash Flow Forecasting: Monitoring and forecasting cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
Working Capital Management: Optimizing working capital to improve operational efficiency.
Communication Skills
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating financial information and insights effectively to stakeholders, including management and board members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments to support financial decision-making.
Team Leadership
Mentoring: Providing guidance and support to junior finance team members.
Team Collaboration: Collaborating with finance team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
