Roles and responsibilities
- Assisting the compliance team in all requirements across to the GCC which include maintenance of dashboard reports and follow ups with particular focus on Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar.
- Assist in implementation of Compliance tool in new regions and growing businesses of Landmark.
- Drafting and reviewing lease agreements.
- Staying up to date on the various changes in the law which have an impact on landmark group and advising on the same with particular focus on laws related to Human Resources and Sustainability across the GCC.
- Ensuring repository of contracts and uploading the same on the CLM tool.
- Collaborating and coordinating with multiple business partners as a part of cross functional teams .
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating miscellaneous contracts on behalf of the company.
- Managing multiple and diverse issues at the same time while applying excellent legal and commercial judgment in a time bound manner
- Independently handling tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Law
- 1 to 3 years work experience
- Experience in Compliance / Commercial Activities Preferred
