1. Website Design and Development:
   

1. Lead the design and layout of the corporate website ensuring it is visually appealing userfriendly and aligned with brand guidelines.
   

1. Collaborate with graphic designers content creators and developers to execute website projects.
   

1. Utilize UX/UI best practices to optimize user experience and engagement.
   

1. Ensure responsiveness and compatibility across all devices and browsers.
   

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
   

1. Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and rankings.
   

1. yze and monitor website performance using SEO tools making adjustments as needed.
   

1. Implement strategies for onpage and technical SEO including keyword research and metadata optimization.
   

1. Website Maintenance and Troubleing:
   

1. Monitor the website for any technical issues or downtime ensuring prompt resolution.
   

1. Ensure the website complies with security standards including regular updates backups and addressing vulnerabilities.
   

1. Coordinate with IT and thirdparty vendors as necessary for technical support.
   

1. Data ytics and Reporting:
   

1. Use web ytics tools to track website performance user behaviour and conversion rates.
   

1. Generate regular reports to ess website KPIs and suggest datadriven improvements.
   

1. Continuously test website elements to optimize performance (A/B testing heatmaps etc.).
   

1. Project Management:
   

1. Lead and manage website projects including new builds redesigns and feature implementations.
   

1. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements

Technical Ss:

Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and relevant design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Figma Sketch).

Handson experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress Drupal Joomla).

Familiarity with web hosting platforms SEO tools and web ytics (e.g. Google ytics).

Understanding responsive design UI/UX principles and web performance optimization.

Experience with SEO SEM and digital marketing tools and practices.
