Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Middle Eastern market to oversee our import seafood products division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales a deep understanding of the seafood industry and fluency in Arabic. This role requires excellent leadership ss strategic thinking and the ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the Middle East.
    • yze market data to improve sales tactics and product offerings.
  • Client Management:

    • Elish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address client issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead mentor and develop a highperforming sales team.
    • Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
    • Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented team environment.
  • Market Research:

    • Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
  • Reporting:

    • Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management.
    • Track sales metrics and KPIs to measure team performance.
    • Present regular updates on sales activities and progress.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the seafood industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong knowledge of import regulations and logistics within the Middle East.
  • Ss:

    • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal ss.
    • Strong ytical ss with the ability to interpret sales data.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Resultsdriven with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
    • Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
