• Prepare and review rental and sales agreements ensuring all documentation is complete accurate and legally compliant. Facilitate the signing of contracts and manage the paperwork required for closing deals.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients property owners and other real estate professionals
  
• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as referrals networking and online platforms
  
• Understand clients needs and preferences and provide them with detailed information about our properties
