The SAP Technical Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of SAP technical consultants, ensuring successful project delivery from design to implementation. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, defining technical specifications, and overseeing the development of customised SAP solutions. It will be expected to conduct code reviews, provide expert troubleshooting, and ensure adherence to best practises.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a technical leadership role within SAP, with hands-on expertise in modules such as SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, or SAP HANA. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a consultancy environment. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are key. SAP certifications and a deep understanding of the latest SAP technologies will be highly advantageous.
