Job Description
Responsibilities:
Project Planning &
- Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple projects across various departments.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget and meet quality standards.
- Communicate with reasons in case there are changes to the project timelines
- Develop and implement project management methodologies standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues ensuring timely resolution.
Project Cost Management
- Develop and manage project budgets ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Track and report on project financials including cost forecasting and variance analysis.
Quality Assurance Compliance & documentation
- Ensure projects adhere to company policies industry regulations and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and postproject evaluations.
- Provide detailed reports and presentations to senior management on project performance and outcomes.
Requirements
Please ensure all points start with a noun phrase (e.g. Proficiency / Computer literacy / Ability)
- Qualification MBA
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management in any industry which is fast paced FMCG/ Production/Ecommerce etc.
- Mandatory certification Six Sigma (preferred black belt) and PMP certificate
- Use of right PM tools (Agile Monday etc.)
- Develop contingency plans with the Team lead
- Project Delivery and timelines
- Monitor delivery expectations from other teams
- Project Planning and
- Strategic Thinking for optimized delivery
- Close knowledge of PM and Skill set
- Communication Skills
- Conflict Resolution and manage priorities.
