Lead Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Project Planning &

• Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple projects across various departments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget and meet quality standards.
• Communicate with reasons in case there are changes to the project timelines
• Develop and implement project management methodologies standards and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues ensuring timely resolution.

Project Cost Management

• Develop and manage project budgets ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Track and report on project financials including cost forecasting and variance analysis.

Quality Assurance Compliance & documentation

• Ensure projects adhere to company policies industry regulations and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and postproject evaluations.
• Provide detailed reports and presentations to senior management on project performance and outcomes.

Requirements

• Qualification MBA
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management in any industry which is fast paced FMCG/ Production/Ecommerce etc.
• Mandatory certification Six Sigma (preferred black belt) and PMP certificate
• Use of right PM tools (Agile Monday etc.)
• Develop contingency plans with the Team lead
• Project Delivery and timelines
• Monitor delivery expectations from other teams
• Project Planning and

• Communication Skills
• Conflict Resolution and manage priorities.
