Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- General Maintenance: Conduct a range of plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting, decorating, and groundwork tasks in both occupied and vacant properties.
- Plumbing: Execute various plumbing repairs and minor installations.
- Carpentry: Perform repairs and installations, including work on windows, doors, UPVC components, and internal doors. Handle joinery tasks such as fitting architraves, skirting, kitchen units, and repairing double-glazed units.
- Plastering: Carry out patch plastering as needed.
- Painting & Decorating: Prepare surfaces, remove old finishes, repair walls and woodwork, and apply new decorative products.
- Groundwork: Undertake repairs and renewals in fencing, clearance, and related areas.
