Procurement Officer - MAB OIL FIELD ENGINEERING amp SOLUTIONS FZC

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers vendors and service providers.
• Vendor Management:
• Source and evaluate suppliers & review quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors.
• Tendering and Contracting:
• Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and other procurement documents.
• Review and assess bids and proposals ensuring compliance with requirements and budget constraints.
• Draft review and manage contracts and service agreements.
• Budget Management:
• Monitor and manage procurement budgets
• Analyze expenditure and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement processes and vendor relationships.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities contracts and supplier performance.
• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement metrics budget performance and vendor performance.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or engineering
• Preferred Skills:

Oil and gas product experience
