OBJECTIVES:

The Assistant General Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of Blended Wellness working closely with the General Manager to uphold our high standards. This position requires a dynamic leader who excels in managing teams solving problems and maintaining topnotch service.

DUTIES:

• Assist the General Manager with overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
• Manage and address customer feedback implementing improvements and solutions to enhance the guest experience.
• Contribute to business development initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
