• Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design effective and engaging instructional materials
  
• Develop instructional materials for online and traditional classroom environments, including multimedia content, activities, and assessments
  
• Conduct research on best practices in instructional design and stay up-to-date on trends and changes in the education industry
  
• Use instructional design principles to ensure alignment between learning objectives, instructional materials, and assessments
  
• Test and evaluate instructional materials to ensure effectiveness and usability
  
• Work with faculty to train and support them in using instructional materials and technologies
  
• Participate in program and course review and revision processes
  
• Utilize educational technologies to enhance learning experiences for students

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
  
• Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and assessment strategies
  
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Familiarity with educational technologies and their application to instructional design
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software
