Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative PR & Marketing Manager to join their team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and resultsoriented individual to play a pivotal role in elevating our brand awareness and reputation within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Manage all aspects of media relations building and maintaining strong relationships with local media outlets and journalists.
• Secure positive media coverage for the company in print online and broadcast media.
• Craft compelling press releases media kits and other communication materials.
• Manage and optimize the companys social media presence across various platforms.
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and leads.
• Organize and manage press conferences events and other promotional activities.
• Monitor media trends and competitor activity providing insights and recommendations.
• Analyze PR and marketing campaign performance measuring ROI and making datadriven adjustments.
• Manage the PR and marketing budget effectively.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PR or marketing role preferably within the UAE.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing PR and marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the UAE media landscape and excellent relationshipbuilding skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Highly creative and resourceful with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content.
• Proficient in social media management tools and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong connections within the local news media community is a significant advantage.
