Main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Responsible for Media relations with key media and social media influencers to effectively position the Hotel.
Responsible for managing and implementing F&B, Rooms and Lifestyle marketing campaigns and projects both online and offline at hotel level.
Provide support to the Marketing & Communications team on the day-to-day operations and in driving different marketing activities to maximize stakeholders’ satisfactions.
Implementation of social media strategy and effective management of all social media channels through social calendar.
Monitoring of channels and responding to direct messages and queries
