Job Description
This is a remote position.
1. Ensure delivery of quality releases in a timely manner.
2. Work within a team of Salesforce QA engineers and testers and establish as well as consistently improve testing best practices.
3. Coordinate with the development team to ensure all bug fixes are checkedin; environments are stable and ready for use; customer communication is ongoing and open; and releases are properly tested documented and validated.
4. Define test strategies plans test cases tasks and estimates as well as execute tests to meet stakeholder requirements.
5. Develop implement maintain and enhance test plans scripts and methodologies to ensure compliance with system specifications.
6. Perform indepth detailed investigations into quality issues to discover root causes and then work closely with the development team to develop solutions that resolve the issue.
7. Work closely with software developers to develop test specifications and build test cases to test product functionality rigorously and investigate all potential product test failures.
8. Write functional test scripts conduct functional testing capture test results and validate defect fixes.
9. Own and deliver on the overall process and reporting including test results delivery analysis reports logs and key metrics.
10. Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions offering inputs from a QA perspective
Produce reports on testing progress for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
1. Minimum BS. in computer science software engineering IT or similar related fields.
2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong understanding of testing methodologies test case development and the software development life cycle.
3. Strong experience with test software and tools such as Jira.
4. Extensive experience with manual functional regression endtoend integration user acceptance automated and smoke testing.
5. Tenaciously skilled in troubleshooting problemsolving and attention to detail.
1. 7 years of Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. Sales Cloud Experience Cloud and Service Cloud) and quality assurance experience.
2. Extensive experience with manual functional regression endtoend integration user acceptance automated and smoke testing.
3. Proven delivery experience in a fastmoving dynamic startup environment.
4. Trustworthy teamoriented and transparent.
5. Experience working with test automation platforms such as Selenium.
6. Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator Advanced Administrator Platform Developer I Platform Developer II Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant).
7. Good to have Real estate experience
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering Must have 5+ years of extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience. They will be responsible for configuration, development, unit testing, and deployment of capabilities and functionality. Extensive hands-on experience with Finance AR modules such as Invoice management, receipts, payments, and collections within the Account Receivable module for Real Estate on Salesforce.
