Job Description
The QA/QC Engineer ensures quality standards and compliance for civil and finishing works in a construction project. The role involves monitoring and implementing quality control procedures conducting inspections and coordinating with various teams to ensure work meets specifications codes and safety standards.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards for civil and finishing works ensuring compliance with project specifications drawings and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction activities and materials identifying issues and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections tests and compliance reports ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Work closely with project managers engineers and subcontractors to resolve qualityrelated issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate and oversee material and product testing report findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental regulations and manage quality audits as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in QA/QC within civil or finishing works preferably in a Tier 1 construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes construction methods and industry standards; proficiency in relevant QA/QC tools and software.
- The candidate should possess excellent attention to detail strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and the capability to work effectively in a team environment.
