Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a prominent and forwardthinking construction company in Dubai UAE looking to hire a skilled Structural QA/QC Engineer to ensure toptier quality standards in their projects. This role plays a vital part in guaranteeing that all structural components including concrete works steel reinforcements and assemblies comply with project specifications industry regulations and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of structural works including rebar placement formwork setup and concrete pouring.
Verify compliance with approved drawings specifications and project quality plans.
Ensure structural materials meet design and testing standards.
Oversee quality control tests such as concrete cube strength tests steel tensile assessments and structural load testing.
Identify nonconformities and implement corrective measures.
Collaborate with contractors and project teams to resolve structural quality concerns.
Maintain detailed records of inspections test results and structural quality reports.
Prepare progress reports and communicate findings to senior engineers.
Ensure all documentation aligns with project quality assurance protocols.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
35 years of experience in structural QA/QC roles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and structural testing tools.
Strong understanding of concrete works steel reinforcements and structural integrity.
Ability to review technical documentation and conduct structural assessments.
Strong reporting and coordination skills.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insultion/construction industry. - Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
