Sales Executive

• Engage with customers in the showroom understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  
• Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of IT and technology products.
  
• Drive sales growth through upselling and crossselling opportunities.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  
• Follow up on leads and inquiries converting them into sales.
  
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports including customer feedback and market trends.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new products and promotions.
  
• Participate in sales meetings training sessions and teambuilding activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience particularly in IT and technology products.
  
• Proven experience in showroom sales is a must.
  

• Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  
• Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new products.
  
• Selfmotivated goaloriented and a team player.
  
• Strong business etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proficiency in English is required.
  
• Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
